Admissions Process

1. Fill out the application form on the Enrollment Form page. Please complete parts I and II.

2. Fill out the Health Form and Immunization Information Form.

3. Read the information on Bus Service and fill out the Bus Transportation Form if you plan to use school transportation.

4. Read the information on Extended Hours Program and fill out the Extended Hours Form if you plan to send your child for extended hours.

5. Pay the registration fees.

6. Submit the above applicable forms together with:

  • one passport-size photo of your child
  • one passport-size photo of each parent/guardian
  • two passport-size photos of child’s nanny/driver/person collecting child from school
  • copy of child’s passport (ID page and page with non-immigrant visa, if applicable)
  • copy of each parent/guardian’s passport (ID page and page with non-immigrant visa, if applicable)
  • copy of nanny’s ID Card with parent/guardian signature
  • copy of house registration (for Thai nationals only)

All fees must be paid and forms need to be returned to the Magic Years office (or emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) before your child enrolls in the school.
