The second floor of the east wing and north wing of the new school campus is making steady progress. Scaffolding was installed and steel structures were put into place to support wooden plates for the bottom part of the second floor beams. This was followed by the preparation of steel tie work and wooden form work. Finally, the pre-cast concrete planks were lifted by a crane, arranged on top of the second floor beams and then welded together. Next, the work will move over to the school’s west wing where scaffolding is currently being installed in preparation for the concrete pouring of the beams.
