The 8th-grade students are currently studying chemistry, focusing on how physical and chemical properties help identify different substances. This week, they conducted a lab on density, solubility, and flammability. By collecting data on these properties they were able to determine the unique characteristics of various chemicals. Soon, they will apply these skills in an assessment where they analyze and identify unknown substances based on their properties.
