Step 1 - Complete the Enrollment Application
Submit an online application via OpenApply.
Step 2 - Submit Documents
- Submit all documents listed under Checklist Items on your OpenApply account. Documents for Thai students vs. non-Thai differ, see below.*
- Email the student’s most recent report card and school records to admissions@magicyears.ac.th
- Provide the Admissions Team with your child’s former/current teacher’s work email and name. They will contact them to request a Confidential Reference Form. This form must be received before proceeding.
Step 3 - Review
- If the Admissions Committee needs additional information, the student may be asked to complete an in-person or virtual assessment.
- Once all documents are received, including any additional documents requested, the Admissions Committee will review the application.
- In some cases, an Introduction Meeting may be requested by the committee to meet the child before deciding to extend an offer.
Step 4 - Admissions Offer
- Successful applicants will receive an official offer via email.
- The Finance Team will then issue you an invoice, you will then be required to pay the Registration Fee (non-refundable) to hold the seat in the class and school fees before your child’s start date.
Step 5 - Enrollment
Once your child is admitted, documents are received and fees are paid—your child is ready to start at MYIS! Your Admissions contact will be in touch with important information like start date, teacher information, items to bring, etc.
Throughout the admissions and enrollment process, our team will communicate with you via email & by phone. Please see other helpful tips below:
- Applications are accepted all year round.
- The date of September 1 of the academic year is used to determine grade levels for age groups.
- We welcome applications from children with a wide range of learning needs. Admissions decisions are made in close collaboration with families and professionals to determine the best wayts to support each child’s success.

Documents Needed for Thai-Applicants
- Copy of student’s birth certificate or Thai National ID Card
- Copy of student’s most recent school reports or transcripts (2 years minimum), if available
- Recommendation forms from the applicant’s previous school
- Payment of non-refundable Application and Assessment Fee of 10,000 THB
- Completed Student Health Information (upon acceptance)
- PARENTS ONLY: copy of Thai National ID Card & house registration.
Documents Needed for Non-Thai Applicants
- Copy of passport
- Copy of Visa
- Copy of student’s most recent school reports or transcripts (2 years minimum), if available
- Recommendation forms from the applicant’s previous school
- Payment of non-refundable Application and Assessment Fee of 10,000 THB
- Completed Student Health Information (upon acceptance)
- PARENTS ONLY: Copy of passport, copy of visa
