Wooden form work and steel tie work is being carried out for the third floor concrete beams in the large expanse of the west wing. Steel tie work is also under way for the staircase from the second floor to the third floor at the southeast wings. The concrete floor topping and third floor columns have already been completed for the third floor in the rapidly-advancing northeast wing. The views from the third floor are fascinating as they provide a neat glimpse of the scope of the new campus and its surroundings.
